Include the Next Generation
Parents, use this fast as a teaching opportunity. Help your children understand the power of prayer and sacrifice. Share these simple truths with them:Â
Â
- Fasting helps us hear from God
- Prayer connects us to His heart
- Sacrifice shows our love for Him
- God honors obedience
Â
Encourage them to participate by adjusting their meals (as age-appropriate) or giving up things like:
 Social media
 Video games
 Shopping or treats
Â
Provide them with spiritual activities like journaling, scripture writing, or family prayer time.
Â
Â
Sacrificial Seed Offering
We are asking each family to sow a sacrificial seed of $100, or the closest you can give, as a part of this fast. This is a faith seed planted during consecration.

Please note: There will be no further sowing during the fast until we break it together on Thursday at 6:00 PM.Â
Closing & Corporate Prayer
Pastor Ashley will go live at 6:00 PM on Thursday to close the fast with corporate prayer and prophetic instruction. Let’s be present, aligned, and ready to receive.
Â
This is not a diet. This is not a trend.
This is a divine interruption for clarity, purification, and revival.
Let’s consecrate ourselves—body, mind, and spirit—and posture our hearts to hear from God.
